I'm Alexios Kavallaris — a civil engineer with 27+ years on civil sites in Greece, England, NZ, Australia. Roads, bridges, drainage, earthworks. For five of those years I was on the Waikato Expressway with Waka Kotahi NZTA, administering NZS 3910 contracts worth hundreds of millions.

On every one of those projects, the thing that legally drove the job — the claims, the certificates, the variations, the notices, the clocks — lived in a spreadsheet, a folder of PDFs and an email thread. Get a number wrong and you own it. Miss a statutory date and the claim certifies itself. I watched careful engineers carry that risk with tools that didn't understand the contract at all.

So I built the tool I kept wishing existed. Gnosis knows the standard form your contract is written under. It counts working days the way your jurisdiction counts them. It drafts what you'd draft — and then it waits for you, because certifying is your name on the line, not software's.
