Questions, answered straight

What does the free trial include?

14 days, no card, full Gnosis Intelligence. Set up a real contract, import your Schedule of Rates, run a real claim. When the trial ends you choose a plan — nothing ever bills automatically.

Do the people I invite pay?

Not the other side of the table — never. Contractors submitting claims, principals authorising variations, magic-link reviewers approving a single document: all free, on every plan. Invited parties draw on your workspace's Gnosis Intelligence credits. On your own side too: editors and viewers are both free — your plan is priced by contracts, never by people.

Do subcontractors pay for the portal?

No. Subcontractors work in a free portal scoped to exactly their own subcontract — they submit claims and see their own record, never the head contract and never another subcontractor. Free on every plan.

How do Gnosis Intelligence credits work?

Credits are actions, not tokens: an import extract (a claim, an SoR, a contract, a register) is 5 credits; an assist (a question, a draft, a flag) is 1. Practice includes 25 a month, Firm 150. Nothing ever auto-bills — at 80% and 100% you're alerted and can buy a prepaid pack (NZ$29 per 50) or upgrade. Your choice, always.

How is Gnosis different from other tools?

Other tools price the subcontractor's claim side; Gnosis runs the whole contract — claims, certificates, variations, notices, clocks, the audit trail — and everyone you invite is free.

Which standard forms and jurisdictions are covered?

NZS 3910 in New Zealand and AS 4000 across Australian states, with statutory clocks verified against the CCA 2002 and SOPA regimes. In the US, Gnosis runs AIA/EJCDC rulebooks and contract administration — we don't claim statutory-clock coverage there. New jurisdictions ship as data packs.

Does the AI ever act on its own?

No. Gnosis Intelligence drafts, flags and answers — it never issues. Every certificate, variation and notice crosses a named human's delegation gate before it exists on the record. Voice commands parse to a confirm card; gated actions never run unconfirmed.

What currency am I billed in, and what about GST?

Your workspace's currency is set by its country at signup — NZD, AUD or USD. Prices exclude GST: 15% is added at checkout in NZ, 10% in AU, none in the US. Annual billing is pay-10-months.

Where is my data, and who can see it?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per workspace, with a full audit trail. Visibility is side-aware by design: your internal documents and figures never surface to the other party — each side sees its own. We describe our security posture honestly and don't claim certifications we don't hold; Agency plans can discuss data residency.

Can I bring a contract that's already underway?

Yes. Drop your existing variation, claim and EOT registers — Gnosis Intelligence maps the columns, you verify, and the history lands as numbered instruments. Cumulative maths is right from day one; new instruments continue your sequence.

Can I import the registers I've kept in Excel mid-contract?

Yes — any spreadsheet, .xlsm included; we read the cells and never run the macros. Rows land as numbered instruments in their terminal states wearing a Migrated badge, and none of the live machinery fires — no notices sent, no clocks started. New instruments continue your sequence.

Which programme formats can I import?

MS Project XML and Primavera XER. Binary .mpp we refuse by design — it's a closed format we won't pretend to read. Export XML from MS Project first (File → Save As, choose XML) and it imports cleanly, milestones mapped for you to verify.

Can I cancel?

Anytime — plans are monthly, there's no lock-in, and your data is exportable. The cancellation and refund policy has the details.
